The enjoyment and safety of all our guests is paramount and we would ask you to read our terms and conditions before making your booking.
Bookings and Payments – Reservations can be made by telephone and are subject to availability. Full payment is required on arrival. We accept Debit and Credit Cards.
Check in – Strictly no arrival until 3pm on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance of any arrival which will be after 5pm (with the exception of Friday evenings, with arrivals permitted up to 8pm). If you fail to notify us of a different arrival date we have the right to re-let the pitch.
Check out – On departure, sites to be vacated by 2pm unless you have made alternative arrangements with reception.
Pitches – Allocated pitches may change prior to arrival, but pitch type will always remain the same.
Group bookings – Please note we do not accept large group bookings (unless as a caravan club), nor do we accept stag or hen parties. If found on arrival to have made individual booking and then form a group, you may be asked to leave the park without refund.
Minimum Stays – A minimum of 3 nights stay across Bank and Public Holidays.
Site Quiet – Please note ‘Site Quiet’ is between 11.30pm and 7.00am. This includes noise of any description including vehicle movement. This is for the best interest of our guests with nightly checks completed. This doesn’t suit everyone so please make sure you are happy with our ‘site quiet’ policy before booking.
Cars – We allow a maximum of two cars car per pitch. Any additional vehicle can park in the car park.
Barrier – Cars cannot pass through the barrier between the hours of 11.30pm and 7.00am to comply with our ‘Site Quiet’ policy. During these hours there are to be no vehicles motoring on the park at all, this includes from one caravan to another, or to leave people up to the barrier. Barrier will only be raised during these hours in an emergency.
Children – Children are the responsibility of their parents and must not play football or games around the caravan park. Please use the football field or games room provided. Under 12’s must be accompanied to the children’s playground. Children must not ride bicycles, scooters or go-karts around the entrance to the caravan park nor must they be in use after lighting up time. Motorised scooters or go-karts are not permitted to be used on the site.
Dogs – Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, they must not be exercised by children. Dogs must have a current Government Licence Disc attached to their collar and be covered by insurance. Whilst dogs are being walked on the park, you are required to clean up after your pet immediately. Dogs must NOT go onto any grass areas other than your own pitch. Dogs causing a disturbance will be barred from the park. If your dog shows aggressive behaviour, management reserves the right to request owners and dogs to leave the park without refund.
Fires/BBQs – No open fires of any kind are permitted. Barbecues are permitted, but must not be turned into an open fire after use and must be kept off the ground/grass.
Behaviour – Whilst on the park please respect other guests and their property. No verbal / physical abuse of any kind to staff or guests will be tolerated. Those in breach will be requested to leave the park immediately, without refund. Caravan owners are responsible at all times for any damage or disturbance caused.
Occupancy – Number of persons occupying any caravan must not exceed the number of berths, including children. The management reserves the right to terminate at any time, without refund if the accommodation is found to be occupied by more than the persons stated on the booking form. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to occupy caravans unless accompanied by the registered owner, who will be responsible for their conduct.
We reserve the right to ask guests who contravene these terms and conditions or behave in a manner likely to cause distress of nuisance to other visitors to leave the park immediately.
Disclaimer: The management will not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, damage or injury to any person or their property whilst on the premises. CCTV is in operation on the premises. Any theft/ damage to property at Woodcroft will be chargeable.
